![]() ![]() I feel like he typically has a good mix of solid "in the present" researchers, independent/amateur, and futurist/horizon pushers. Other interviews are with people whos paper has been in the news, and his interviews are almost always 100x better than the short write-up you get in the Gaurdian orwhatever. Many of his guests are the sort of personalities who like to push the envelope in terms of investigating things or developing technologies that are still on the horizon, or even speculative. He's had quite a few amateur astronomers on as well. He has on a variety of academics, paper authors, ongoing project researchers, the occasional futurist/tinkerer etcetc., and the occasional collab chill with other YouTubers in the same genre. They are on a separate channel from his solo work, called Event Horizon. I can take it or leave it with his solo videos, but I really enjoy his interviews.
